Book Pairing
I love pairing the books I’m reading with picture books because it is a great way to add delight to my reading life. I found this wonderful picture book by Smriti Prasadam-Halls and David Litchfield called Rain Before Rainbows. It is inspired by Psalm 30:5.
“Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.”

I'll have to look for that book! My middle name Joy comes from that verse, as my mom had several miscarriages before she had me.
